Employment

We are an organization whose people believe in positively impacting everyone who is blind and visually impaired. That includes our visually impaired associates, who make up 60% of our workforce. They work in all departments, including IT, Technology Training, PR/Marketing, HR Accounting, Facilities, and Production. With them, we’ve cultivated an open, inclusive, and rewarding culture that challenges them to grow as leaders at Outlook Nebraska and in the community. Several of our associates participated in leadership and training programs that allowed them to advance their skills and self-confidence to tackle any objective.

At Outlook Nebraska, we provide cutting-edge technology and equipment that adapts a workstation to our associates’ specific vision conditions, empowering them to become as successful as possible. This commitment to empowerment through technology is a testament to our belief in the potential of every individual, regardless of their visual impairment. We also provide competitive wages along with many benefits, including health insurance and retirement savings contributions.

Ask our associates, and they will tell you they are proud to work here. Better yet, hear what they have to say in their own words about being part of Outlook Nebraska.
